Limited to just 58 examples worldwide, the Grand Sport variant of the Bugatti Veyron was already a very rare car – but this unique example has a fascinating provenance which sets it apart from any other Grand Sport in existence; it was specified by the Bugatti factory as their display car. Some would argue that the original 16.4 Bugatti Veyron was the genesis of the modern “hypercar”. It was an all-round engineering marvel – the first supercar to be fitted with a dual clutch gearbox, the first to produce over 1,000hp and the first to breach the 250-mph mark (253 mph to be exact). Fast forward to 2009, and the Grand Sport variant of the Bugatti Veyron introduced open-air driving to the 1,001hp motoring icon. Offered here is chassis no. 33 of just 58 examples ever brought into existence. Finished in Black Blue Metallic over a Burnt Orange interior, this 2011 example has a truly unique backstory, as it was specified and owned by Bugatti for the first three years of its life. Bugat
