*** The Mustang is a 289ci V8 C-Code which was an option from the factory with 200hp. It was built in the Dearborn factory in Michigan in 1965. The gentleman who I bought it off imported it from a private buyer in Kissimmee, Florida in March 2014. When he restored it he installed a 5 speed manual gearbox and did a front disc brake conversion. He restored it as a tribute Shelby GT350. After he restored it, Snap-On Tools featured it in their 2018 Calendar as the Customer Garage Winner. When he was restoring the car, he bought another Mustang out of California and filled it full of the parts he needed to restore this one, which was an economical way to import the bits he needed.
