According to the Jaguar Daimler Heritage Trust Certificate that accompanies this extraordinary E-Type Series 3 V12 Roadster this car was supplied in September 1973 by Henlys of Manchester. It is a two-owner car with 75,000 miles recorded, which we believe to be correct. This example retains its original colour scheme of Signal Red with Black Leather with the option of a rare factory Hard-top (at extra cost) plus Chrome Wire Wheels. In our opinion this car just looks right, it would be very hard to re-create the mixture of its superb condition with just the right amount of wear to take any “show pony” sharp edges off. In the hands of its most recent keeper since August 1986 when 34,000 miles were recorded the box file that holds the maintenance records is replete with invoices for parts and maintenance many of these are from regarded experts.
