First registered in Japan in March 1992 (J Reg) this Left-Hand-Drive XJS 5.3 V12 Convertible is an extraordinary and very special car. It was re-imported and subsequently UK registered in September 2005 and acquired by the last but one keeper in 2010. The XJS was, almost immediately, treated to a full restoration and upgrade by the internationally renowned firm KWE of Thatcham. It is beautifully finished in Sapphire Blue, (Special Shade) with Magnolia Leather piped in Navy Blue with Royal Blue Carpets and of course Burr Walnut Veneers, this car is exceptional. Cosmetic works by KWE included a full respray (with colour coded bumpers with parking sensors), a waxoyl/cavitywax and total re-trim (with perforated upgrade leather) and then a new hood and headliner (works costing £28,000).
