CUSTOMERS CAR PRIVATE SALE 90 Heritage ''HUE166'' Tribute, In 1999 Land Rover built 86 light Green Heritage 90's in Atlantic Green with Green Leather interiors to celebrate 50 years of Land Rover. In 2015 Land Rover built 400 (90's 110's and commercials) in Grasmere Green, these were eagerly snapped up, the last one owned by Jaguar Land rover, Rowan Atkinson bought one too while others including Roger Crathorne (AKA Mr Land Rover) and Ben Fogle had 90 soft tops built for there own use. What we have on offer here is an evocation of a Heritage defender combining the best of both of Land Rovers limited editions. There are many who have attempted to recreate the spirit of these vehicles and here I will explain what this one has to offer. Built on a new galvanised chassis, engine 300TDi rebuilt, Gearbox reconditioned, Puma bonnet bulkhead and dash, Grasmere paintwork, Wolf wheels, rare 1999 Lincoln green 1st generation leather seats. This combines the best mechanics (300TDi + R380 box) with the aesthetics of the last 2nd generation Heritage. For those interested in the tech' spec' Engine New cylinder head, pistons, bearings, cam belt kit, ceramic coated manifold, stater, and alternator. Gearbox R380 5speed reconditioned and a Puma shift kit from Syncro Gearboxes. OEM Alarm central locking. Brakes - discs, calipers, pipes etc replaced. This has been built by an experienced Land Rover restorer over a period of time, we could not build this for close to the asking price, I believe he has scratched the itch and is now creating a T6.1 VW for his own use.
