Mercedes W123 280 2.8 Cyl Ce Automatic Coupe , (RHD - UK Car), Features:-, 1985, B reg , (nearly 40 yrs old so soon be Historic and ULEZ exempt!), Signal red, Full mushroom MB factory perforated leather sports trim, Biscuit carpets, Full factory Zebrano wood pack, Sought after 280 (2.8 twin cam 6 cylinder model), Rare colour combination and a great spec too.. Just 4 previous owner`s registered from new, Miles circa 190k, (currently showing 84k after used replacement speedo fitted), Nice service/maintenance history file including :-, Original factory data card, and build information, Original service book, Bill and invoice portfolio, with a mixture of Mercedes and no Mercedes invoices, Previous MOT history, inc original certificates dating back to the early hand written type, Car came in part exchange to us from a regular customer, is was bought last summer and used for a while by him while a specific car was soured to order, then traded for one of our Ex Japan cars, Its starts, runs and drives, and presents very well, bodywork and chrome pretty good, has a current MOT still running till May 2024 ,but does requires recommissioning and some welding/body work to make relay nice again, so been sold by us as a project for recommissioning / restoration, Rust present in the usual places in the sills and jacking points, under the front edge of the bonnet, Paint starting to fade in a few places, Leather dry and looking aged, Due a good service, and engine bay grotty so needs clean and detail, Must be one of the best value sub 10k Mercedes w123 coupe on the market at the moment, especially been a 6 cylinder 280 model. lower price W123`s like this are getting impossible to find now, and will only keep going 1 way, (some of these with the 6 cylinder motors now sell for up to 40k!+ in super nice condition, so could be a very rewarding project if done well), 6995, Call *** for more details, Email ***
